IMMUNO-CHROMATOGRAPHY METHOD USING SINGLE-CHAIN VARIANT-PART ANTIBODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sandwich type immunoassay using recombination protein having a bonding property to an antigen, especially an immuno-chromatography method, and recombination protein suitable for use for this.

SOLUTION: In the sandwich type immunoassay using a first bonding material and a second bonding material to antigen to be measured, at least one of the first bonding material and second bonding material is made of recombination protein having a heavy chain variant-part and light chain variant-part of the antibody to the antigen. Preferably, the recombination protein is single-chain variant-part fragment type antibody (scFv antibody) obtained by a phage displaying method.
