PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having an excellent seal strength and pressure-resistant strength, and allowing high-speed packing over a wide temperature range from low to high temperatures. SOLUTION: The laminate consists of a layer of a resin composition A and a layer of a resin composition B, which overlie a substrate in this order. The resin compositions A, B each meet the following physical property. The resin composition A is composed of a copolymer of ethylene with a 3-20Cα-olefin and HPLD and meets the conditions of: (A1) meeting specified peak temperature characteristics in the elution curve with TREF; (A2) having a density of 0.90-0.93 g/cm<SP>3</SP>; and (A3) having an MFR of 0.1-1,000 g/10 min. The resin composition B is composed of a copolymer of ethylene with a 3-20Cα-olefin and HPLD and meets the conditions of: (B1) meeting specified elusion characteristics in the elusion curve with TREF; (B2) having a density of 0.88-0.92 g/cm<SP>3</SP>; and (B3) having an MFR of 1-100 g/10 min.
