PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a robot furnished with a means capable of confirming a recognition rate and a recognition failure rate by a sensor at real time in copying by the sensor. SOLUTION: This control device 10 of the robot has a teach-pendant TP, a welding torch 14 provided on the robot and a laser sensor LS loaded on the welding torch 14 and to recognize a shape of a working object in precedence of working. Additionally, the control device 10 is furnished with a computing part to compute the recognition rate at which the laser sensor LS can recognize the shape of a work W, and a liquid crystal display to show the recognition rate is provided on the teach-pendant TP.
