PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic fan exchange device capable of automatically exchanging fans as necessary. SOLUTION: The automatic fan exchange device includes: a connection to be connected to an electronic apparatus 10 with a fan unit removably attached thereto; a unit for exchange storage 21 for storing the fan unit for exchange; a unit removing means 22 for detaching the fan unit 17 of the electronic apparatus, based on detection by a detecting means for detecting the necessity of exchange concerning the fan unit 17 of the electronic apparatus; and a unit arranging means 25 for taking-out the fan unit for exchange from the unit for exchange storage 21 when the fan unit 17 is detached, so as to arrange the unit in the electronic apparatus.
