PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sample treatment device for chemical analysis capable of inexpensively performing the oxidation or the like of a liquid sample due to the irradiation with ultraviolet rays by a simple process without using a glass easy to crack and a pump which requires a power supply. SOLUTION: The liquid sample treatment device for chemical analysis is constituted by winding a light pervious tube around the outer peripheral part of an ultraviolet irradiation lamp. That is, this liquid sample treatment device includes an emission body and the tube provided to the outer peripheral part of the emission body and the tube is formed so as to have an inner diameter for holding the liquid sample by atmospheric pressure.
