PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl flushing water supply device which is equipped with a float portion for switching between the ejection and stop of water toward a toilet bowl flushing water tank from a water supply valve, along with a vertical motion, and which suppresses the turning and play of the float portion with respect to a water supply pipe. SOLUTION: This toilet bowl flushing water supply device 100 comprises: the water supply pipe 31 which is connected to a water supply source; the water supply valve; the water supply valve 32 for switching between the ejection and stop of the water toward the toilet bowl flushing water tank 10 from the water supply pipe 31; and the float portion 33 for switching between the ejection and stop of the water by the water supply valve 32, along with the vertical motion. The water supply device 100 is provided with a float guide 36 which is fixed to the water supply pipe 31, which surrounds the outer periphery of the float portion 33 and which guides the vertical motion of the float portion 33.
