PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular drainage groove member and a tubular drainage floor structure, particularly the tubular drainage groove member, whose upper lid part is opened and closed at one side to easily clean a drainage canal as well as receiving and draining of drainage, and the tubular drainage floor structure, installing the tubular drainage groove member along with a floor material, and draining drainage. SOLUTION: This tubular drainage groove member 1 includes: a main body part 2 having a drain 5 installed at the outdoor floor bed and extended in the longitudinal direction to receive drainage from a drain hose and drain the same and a tubular drainage groove member 1 including the upper lid part covering the drain, wherein the upper lid part is provided to open and close at one side, the upper extended face of the side of the drain or the top face of the body part in the vicinity of the drain is provided with a recessed part to which a projecting part formed in the vicinity of the edge can be fitted.
