PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitted member removing device capable of removing a fitted member from a fixed member simply. SOLUTION: Insertion parts 27a, 27b are inserted into a clearance partΔ<SB>1</SB>between a joint face 5d of a floor board 5 and a joint face 18a of a flange part 18, and a tightening bolt 28b is tightened to rotate a handle part 34d of a manual operation part 34. When resistance force acting in the reverse direction to the direction of rotation of the handle part 34d is small, rotation of the handle part 34d is stopped and a manual operation part 36 is rotated. As a result, a feed screw part 32a rises, and pulling-up force acts on a holding part 27, which rises while the holding part 27 holds the flange part 18. After pulling an insertion part 15 out of an insertion hole 5e and removing a defective friction resistance reducing device 10 from the floor board 5, a new friction resistance reducing device 10 is attached to the floor board 5, thereby finishing replacing work.
