PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of men's underpants with a division cloth so as to prevent the penis and the scrotum from sticking to each other. SOLUTION: This pair of men's underpants is so designed that a division cloth is provided in the inside thereof, an opening part to pass the penis through is set on the division cloth, and the penis and the scrotum are prevented from sticking to each other by passing the penis through the opening part.
