摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing copper nanoparticles in a cubic form where each metal nanoparticle is produced not into a spherical shape but into a cubic form, thus the formation of a gap can be effectively removed upon the formation of conductive wiring, and the height of the wiring can be made high. SOLUTION: The method for a producing the copper nanoparticle in a cubic form comprises: a stage (a) where a copper precursor and an amine based compound are mixed, so as to be stirred; a stage (b) where the mixed solution is heated-up to from 90 to 170°C, and reaction is thereafter caused at the above temperature; a stage (c) where, after the completion of the reaction, the mixed solution is charged to a nonaqueous solvent, and the temperature of the solution is reduced to from 20 to 50°C; and a stage (d) where an alcoholic solvent is charged to the mixed solution, and each nanoparticle is precipitately obtained.
