PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion capable of constantly and efficiently distributing a pressure applied to the buttocks of a seated person and also reducing the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This cushion is provided with a plurality of first air cells 10 for supporting parts near the ischium and the tailbone of the seated person, the air volume of each first air cell 10 is adjustable, so that the pressure applied to parts near the ischia and the coccyges of the seated person is distributed, and the air volumes of respective second air cells 20 and 30 provided in the both sides in the width direction of the first air cell group are adjustable so that, when the side faces of the buttocks H are positioned outside the width direction of the first air cell group, the side faces of the buttocks H are softly supported to the respective second air cells 20 and 30. Each of the second air cells 20 and 30 has an area of three times or more of that of the first air cell 10 in the plan view, so that the number of the air cells can be reduced compared with a case of installing the first air cells 10 to the both sides in the width direction of the support member 60.
