PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an island repeater by which installing operation is simplified and installing time can be shorten by simplifying wiring to each game medium dispensing machine in a game island, disadvantage when not being connected with a server or when the server is not activated can be eliminated up to now, and software can be updated optimally without labor to all the game medium dispensing machines in the game island all together or optionally selected game medium dispensing machines while selecting the same all together. SOLUTION: In the island repeater 1 arranged in the game island where the plurality of game medium dispensing machines 3, 3 are arranged, the island repeater 1 is connected with each game medium dispensing machine 3 using one line of island repeating signal wire 4, a recording medium in which data needed for updating the soft of each game medium dispensing machine 3 is arranged is inserted into the island repeater 1, the data is transmitted and the soft is updated to all the game medium dispensing machines 3 of the game island 2 all together or the optionally selected game medium dispensing machines 3 all together by operating a switch arranged in the island repeater.
