PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems on a reaping blade of a mower that the blade is swingingly mounted on a mounting plate for reaping blades, and the operation of applying a tool such as a spanner, etc., to the mounting bolt is hard, and the mounting position of the reaping blade is conventionally on a bottom part or the like of the mower deck and the exchanging operation is hard. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the implement for exchanging reaping blade of the mower comprising a reaping blade socket 5 with a "C" shaped cross-section provided with a bolt guiding groove 4 with a width to fittingly guide a nut part 3 of a fitting bolt 2 for mounting the reaping blade 1 on the upper side, and a handle 6 protruding on the base part of the reaping blade socket 5, wherein the reaping blade socket 5 is fitted between the reaping blade 1 mounted by bolting 2 and the top end part of the reaping blade mounting plate 7, and makes detent of the reaping blade 1.
