LIVESTOCK CARRIERS

A livestock carrier comprises a base (1) of generally rectangular shape having two ends and two sides, a pair of end walls (3), (4) and a pair of side walls (2). The carrier has a first, carrying, configuration, for carrying livestock in which the side wal (2) and the end walls (3), (4) extend upwardly from respective edge regions of the base (1) to define one or more pens, and a second, stowed, configuration in which the side walls (2) and end walls (3), (4) overlie the base (1) and the overall height of the carrier is substantially reduced.
