A method for preparing a microcapsule comprising Cnidium officinale is provided to preserve physiologically active ingredients contained in the Cnidium officinale with stability and provide convenience of drinking by improving the solubility using a water-soluble wall material. A method for preparing a microcapsule comprising Cnidium officinale comprises the steps of: (a) pulverizing the Cnidium officinale to have a size of less than 100 mesh; (b) dissolving or suspending 5-20 grams of the pulverized Cnidium officinale in 100ml of water to prepare a solution including a physiologically active material; and (c) treating the solution with ultrasonic wave or boiling it to extract the microcapsule. In the method, the treatment time for the step(c) is 0.5-5 minutes, the Cnidium officinale is added to the step(b) in the form of Cnidium officinale juice instead of the Cnidium officinale powder and the prepared microcapsule is in the form of a liquid phase or powder.
