A frame assembly for a fence is provided to install a fence by assembling frames simply, to prevent a rise in labor costs by shortening the time required for installing a fence, to prevent a frame from being broken by an external impact by installing a fence without obstructing pedestrians and vehicular traffic and to replace a damaged part of a fence easily. A frame assembly(100) for a fence is formed by connecting horizontal frames to sockets(300) arranged on upper and lower parts between a pair of post frames installed vertical to the ground and formed by connecting a pair of vertical members(220) to two sides of a vertical core member(210) installed to the center, wherein the socket is divided into a first socket and a second socket, and provided with a housing opened at one side to insert the horizontal frame, a second binding hole formed on the side facing the opened side to fasten with a bolt(700) and a nut(750) through a first binding hole formed on one side of the post frame and a guide groove formed on the circumferential surface of the first and second sockets to house a binding band.
