A multi-dust case and a vacuum cleaner having the same are provided to prevent reduction of suction force due to the accumulation of impurities by installing plural splitting pipes. A multi-dust case comprises a case(10) having an inlet port and an outlet port, a filter(20) installed at the outlet port, and a splitting pipe(30). The splitting pipe, which is installed between the inlet port and the outlet port, passes air to divide the inside of the case into plural spaces. The splitting pipe, which is formed at the bottom surface of the case, consists of a first splitting pipe having a passage between the inner walls of the case, a second splitting pipe, a third splitting pipe, and a fourth splitting pipe. The second splitting pipe formed inside of the first splitting pipe has the passage between the first splitting pipe and itself. The third splitting pipe placed at the outlet port is arranged at the upper part of the second splitting pipe. The fourth splitting pipe placed inside the third splitting pipe is installed at the outlet port. A filtering net(36a) is positioned between the second splitting pipe and the third splitting pipe. The first splitting pipe includes a hole part and a first through-hole part at the inner wall.
