<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce luminance difference among pixels by making power supply wiring low in resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A pixel array part 1 and a driver which drives it are formed on a panel 0. The pixel array part 1 has pixels arranged in a matrix form at intersections of scanning lines in rows and signal lines in columns. The driver includes scanner parts 4 and 5 which drive the respective pixels in line sequence through the scanning lines and a signal part which supplies a video signal to the signal lines in timing to the line-sequential driving, and displays an image at the pixel array part 1. Part of the power supply wiring formed on the panel 0 to drive the pixel array part 1 is multi-layered wiring of an upper layer 12 and a lower layer 11. The scanner parts include a drive scanner 5 supplying a source voltage whose voltage level is switched in timing to the line sequential driving to the pixel array part 1, and the multi-layered wiring supplies the source voltage to the drive scanner 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
