<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accumulation device capable of eliminating static accumulated in a strip-like film. <P>SOLUTION: This accumulation device is provided with: fixed rollers 11 fixed and arranged in an upper part of a frame 10, and movable rollers 12 each vertically moving between the fixed rollers 11 adjacent to each other and supported to a movable plate 13 between both of which the strip-like film F is alternately arranged; and a static elimination unit 20. The static elimination unit 20 is provided with: a metallic support plate 21 having excellent conductivity and fixed and installed at a predetermined height position (an intermediate position between a stopper and the lowest position of the movable rollers 12) in the vertical movement range of the movable roller 12 in the outside of an open end of the movable roller 12 without being supported by the movable plate 13; and cylindrical bars 22 having excellent conductivity and fixed to the support plate 21. The support plate 21 is grounded, and the bars 22 are respectively arranged between the movable rollers 12 adjacent to each other so as not to be superposed on the movable rollers 12 in a planar form. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
