<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve suction efficiency in a suction passage of a ceiling-embedded air conditioner. <P>SOLUTION: This ceiling-embedded air conditioner has a housing 16 opened at its lower face, a heat exchanger 21 disposed inside the housing 16, a blower 20 and a bell-mouth 26, and a decorative panel 27 having a suction opening 27a opposed to the bell-mouth 26 at its center, and a supply opening 27b formed around the suction opening 27a, and closing the opening of the housing 16, the bell-mouth 26 has a circular suction base portion 26a corresponding to the blower 20, and an opening portion 26b having an inclined face gradually enlarged from the suction base portion 26a toward the suction opening 27a, and the shape of the opening portion 26b is along the shape of an angular portion of the suction opening 27b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
