<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communications equipment capable of shifting from a pseudo-power OFF state to a normal power ON state by remote control. <P>SOLUTION: In the communications equipment, when a power key is operated, the pseudo power OFF state, constituted of the repetition of a power OFF-state (state 102) and the power ON-state (state 104) of acquiring position information and transmitting the acquired position information to a prescribed destination is conducted; when information with a remote control flag is received during the power-ON state (state 104) in the pseudo power OFF-state, the pseudo power-OFF state is transited to the normal power ON-state (standby state 100). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
