<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor whose output characteristic is stable even if it is used under an environment with much temperature variation. <P>SOLUTION: The angular velocity sensor has a sampling control means 45 for sampling, as a signal of angular velocity, an output signal from an output signal detecting circuit 40 when the monitor signal from a monitor signal detecting circuit 39 is a predetermined value.
