摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a less experienced operator to appropriately deal with an inquiry from a client by notifying the operator about contents inputted by the client before transfer to the operator. <P>SOLUTION: A call center system which is connected with a client terminal including a speech function via a communication line and in which the client terminal and a job terminal are connected, comprises: an input receiving means for receiving input information from the client terminal; an automatic voice response means for responding to the input from the client terminal in preset synthetic voice; a history recording means for recording the input information from the client terminal in an input history database as an input history as occasion demands; a speech transfer means for enabling a speed to be made via the client terminal and the job terminal when an input desiring dealing due to an operator is performed from the client; and a history transmitting means for transmitting the input history being recorded in the input history database to the job terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
