PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate electric power necessary for battery charging of a mobile terminal, without the user having to do special works, and to make the mobile terminal usable immediately, even during charging to a battery. SOLUTION: In generating equipment, a hook part 10 and the body part 12 are connected by a cable 15. The cable end on the body part 12 is fixed to the outer circumference of a rotating ring 16; the spring end, at the outermost circumferential side of a spiral spring 17, is fixed to the inner circumferential portion of the rotating ring 16; the spring end on the innermost circumferential side is fixed to a shaft 18. When the repulsion of the spiral spring 17 becomes minimum, the cable 15 is wound to the rotating ring 16 the maximum. In the spiral spring 17, spring repulsion is stored, when the cable 15 is pulled out of the body part 12; while the cable 15 is wound by the rotating ring 16 due to the repulsion of the spiral spring 17, when the hook part 10 and the body part 12 approach close to each other. The rotational motion of the rotating ring 16 is transmitted to a generator 20 via a gear 19, and the power generated is transmitted to a mobile phone terminal through an IO connector 14.
