PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone poll assisting server capable of efficiently performing a telephone call process by uniform time distribution when a telephone call process is performed in each of a plurality of channels. SOLUTION: To solve the problem, an arrangement is provided which has a telephone call destination requesting means for requesting telephone call destination information indicating a telephone call destination to the telephone poll assisting server, and digitized audio information for polling via a telephone network; an obtaining means for obtaining the telephone call destination information from the telephone poll assisting server; a telephone call processing means for performing a telephone call process to a predetermined telephone call destination based on the telephone call destination information obtained by the obtaining means and obtaining a result of polling; and a transmitting means for transmitting the polling result obtained by the telephone call processing means to the telephone poll assisting server.
