PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant voltage circuit capable of performing phase compensation without connecting a resistor to an output stabilizing capacitor. SOLUTION: In the constant voltage circuit having a reference voltage source, a differential amplifier 11, an output transistor 12, and voltage dividing circuit part 15, a driving transistor 12 controlling an input voltage of a gate of the output transistor 12 based on an output voltage of the differential amplifier 11 and a constant current source 16 as an active load are installed between the gate of the output transistor 12 and an output end of the differential amplifier 11. In a source of a driving transistor 17, a phase compensation resister 18 and a phase compensation capacitor 19 are arranged, and by using zero generated by them, phase compensation is carried out.
