PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody against Fcα/μreceptor, and to provide a pharmaceutical composition for treating or diagnosing blood tumor, containing the antibody. SOLUTION: The antibody specifically reacts with Fcα/μreceptor. The pharmaceutical composition for treating or diagnosing blood tumor contains the antibody. The kit is for detecting malignant tumor. And, the method for detecting a blood tumor comprises reacting the antibody against the Fcα/μreceptor with a specimen collected from a living body and then detecting the signal of the reacted antibody.
