PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for safely transporting a tank carried on a vehicle into which a liquid or a powder as an object for transportation is put without making workability worse when the inside of the tank is cleaned. SOLUTION: In the method for transportation by the vehicle, the tank into which the liquid or the powder as the object for transportation is put by leaving a space part with a volume in a range of 5 to 80% of the inner volume, is transported by the vehicle by arranging an expanded floating bag with a length which is at least 70% of the length of the inner size in the front and back directions of the tank and a volume which is at least 70% of the volume of the space part in the space part of this tank.
