Disclosed is a method for improving the absorbability of a reduced coenzyme Q₁₀ by allowing the reduced coenzyme Q₁₀ to co-exist with lysolecithin in the form of a composition. The composition comprising lysolecithin and a reduced coenzyme Q₁₀ is excellent in absorption of reduced coenzyme Q₁₀, and can be used in a food, a food with nutrient function claims, a food for specified health uses, a nutritional supplement, a nutrient, a veterinary preparation, a beverage, an animal feed, a pet food, a cosmetic product, a quasi drug, a pharmaceutical product, a therapeutic agent, a prophylactic agent or the like.
