The arrangement has a support unit (130) provided with arrangement holes (132), where positive temperature coefficient devices (120) are inserted in the arrangement holes. Multiple through holes are inserted in support projections such that the projections stay in close contact with a surface of an electrode connector (140). An insulation foil (150) is applied at a remaining surface of the connector for contacting the connector. The connector, the support unit and the insulation foil are provided in an internal space of a positive temperature coefficient rod (110). An independent claim is also included for a pre-heater for a vehicle, comprising a pair of frames.
