PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable improvement of production efficiency and cost reduction by shortening a time for preparatorily absorbing lithium, and also to enable high output and long service life of an element by smoothing or equalizing supply of an electrolyte to an entire electrode, in a storage element for allowing a negative pole to preparatorily absorb lithium ions and used while charging/discharging.

SOLUTION: A partial blank region 234 having no negative pole material 231 attached thereon is formed on at least one or more portions in an electrode plane of a negative pole 23 opposite to a positive pole 21, and a metal lithium 41 for preparatory absorption is stuck on the blank region 234.
