<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply panel for construction capable of improving safety, workability, dust-tight and waterproofing properties. <P>SOLUTION: In a state with the inner door 5 closed, the inner door 5 can be opened,only when a handle 20 is in a neutral position, despite the handle 20 turnable to an energizing position and an energization interrupting position. When the inner door 5 is open, a lock lever 24 interferes with the handle 20, to regulate the turning of the handle 20 to the energizing position. When the engagement of a feed cable b with a terminal block 3 is insufficient, because the inner door 5 is not closed, the handle 20 cannot be turned to the energizing position.
