<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for packaging which maintains a high sealing characteristic during an initial seal time or storage time, i.e. from the time of production in a factory until sale and also maintains a high sealing characteristic during use. <P>SOLUTION: An inner ring 9 is integrally provided on an inside face 8A of a top plate 8 of a cap 5. The cap 5 provided with a dummy seal 10 on the front side of the ring 9 so as to be freely inserted and removed, is mounted on a container opening 3 whose end 3C is stuck with an inner seal 7 so as to be freely fitted and removed.
