<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap which is easily assembled and is capable of reliably opening a lid part in one single operation. <P>SOLUTION: In the cap 1, a lid part 4 is connected to a cap body 2 attached to a mouth part of a container in an opening/closing manner via a hinge part 3. A fitting groove opened in the hinge part 3 is formed, and a resilient member 5 resiliently deformed between the cap body 2 and the lid part 4 is attached in the fitting groove. The cap body 2 and the lid part 4 have engagement parts 6 and 7 which are engaged with each other to fix the lid part 4 when the lid is closed. The cap body 2 has a panel part 8 which is tilted by the pressure from the outside with its upper end as a free end, and its lower end as a fixed end. The free end of the panel part 8 is continuous to the hinge part 3. The resilient member 5 includes a base portion to be attached between a side wall of the cap body 2 and the panel part 8, and an abutment portion which extends from the base portion over the hinge part 3 in a substantially vertical manner, and abuts on the lid part 4 at least when the lid is closed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
