<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply apparatus, surely preventing unnecessary combustion operation due to water leakage from a drain plug for a latent heat exchanger, and easily confirming water leakage from the drain plug for the latent heat exchanger. <P>SOLUTION: This hot water supply apparatus includes: a sensible heat exchanger 13 for heating water for supplying hot water by combustion exhaust in a can body 3; and a latent heat exchanger 14 for heating water for supplying hot water prior to the sensible heat exchanger by combustion exhaust passed through the sensible heat exchanger. The drain plug 31 for the latent heat exchanger is provided between the latent heat exchanger and the sensible heat exchanger. A temperature detecting means 32 for detecting the temperature of water for supplying hot water is provided between the sensible heat exchanger and the drain plug for the latent heat exchanger. The apparatus includes a combustion inhibit means 37 for inhibiting combustion operation of a burner 2 when the detected temperature of the temperature detection means exceeds a predetermined temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
