<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the amount and direction of the thermal deformation during use. <P>SOLUTION: A core material is covered with a panel member 1 to keep the inside evacuated. The core material 2 is flat. The panel member 1 has the first panel section 11 is arranged on one side of the core material 2 whose temperature change in service conditions is larger and the second panel section 12 located on the other side of the core material 2.
