PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the downsizing and the facilitation of assembly in an AC adaptor. SOLUTION: A preassembled switching regulator circuit assembly 30 is built in a case 21. The switching regulator circuit assembly 30 comprises a first circuit board assembly 40 where electronic parts are mounted on a first circuit board 41, a second circuit board assembly 50 where electronic parts are mounted on a second circuit board 51, and an insulator member 60 which has an electronic parts enclosure surrounding the electronic parts. The first circuit board assembly 40 and the second circuit board assembly 50 are fixed across the insulator member 60, and besides the electronic parts are stored in electronic parts enclosures 67, 68, and 70.
