PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a converter with a local frequency adjustment function by which shake of a screw for local adjustment is prevented and torque generated when a frequency is adjusted using the screw for local adjustment is controlled. SOLUTION: A plate spring 200 is inserted between a casing 1 and the screw 3. The cross section of the plate spring 200 is L-shaped and a part close to one end is fixed to the casing 1 by a small screw 100. The plate spring 200 presses one side of a male screw part 3x.
