PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive seal label which is excellent in productivity and which does not disfigure the packaging box of an article to attach the label on. SOLUTION: A label for maintaining a sealing property to be used for a packaging box having an insertion flap is provided. The label is composed of a pull-out separator comprising an adhesive-layer-applied part and a pull-out holding part, and an adhesive layer. On one side of the pull-out separator of the label, a separable adhesive layer is applied. By pulling out the pull-out separator after bonding the adhesive layer side of the label to the insertion flap, the flap and the packaging box are bonded and fixed via the adhesive layer, the packaging box is sealed, and the sealing property of the article can be secured. Further, by providing perforations or the like for folding back on the pull-out holding part of the pull-out separator, the folding-back work is made easy and the productivity can be improved.
