PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indicating instrument improved in anchorage strength while providing satisfactory assembly workability. SOLUTION: The indicating instrument is provided with: a display D1 in which a display element 10 is assembled and fixed to a holder 11; a display panel 12 in which an index part 12A is applied along an outer circumference of the display D1; a driving member 6 provided for the rear of the display D1 and having a rotatable pointer shaft 7; a pointer 8 fixed to the pointer shaft 7 for indications rotatably along the index part 12A; and an instrument case 3 for fixing and holding the holder 11. Mounting leg parts 11B are provided on the back side of the holder 11 positioned in a non-travel region outside a travel indication region of the pointer 8, and vibration stopping parts 11D are provided on its outside surface side. Since fixation receiving parts 3A are provided for locations on the side of the instrument case 3 opposed to the mounting leg parts 11B, and vibration stopping and fastening parts 3D for fitting and fastening the vibration stopping parts 11D, the side of the holder 11 is stably fixed and held in a state supported at only one end to the side of the instrument case 3.
