PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce stress applied to a connection part of a side frame and the end of a stiffener, while reinforcing the side frame by the stiffener, in structure for reinforcing a vehicle body frame. SOLUTION: The structure for reinforcing the vehicle body frame comprises the side frame 1 extending in the back and forth direction of a vehicle, the stiffeners 2 and 3 connected to the side frame 1 through a plurality of connection parts J<SB>1</SB>-J<SB>3</SB>to reinforce the side frame 1, first connection parts J<SB>1</SB>arranged at ends of the stiffeners 2 and 3 in the back and forth direction of the vehicle among the plurality of connection parts J<SB>1</SB>-J<SB>3</SB>, and second connection parts J<SB>2</SB>arranged in the stiffener at a position more inside in the back and forth direction of the vehicle in comparison with the first connection parts J<SB>1</SB>. The first connection parts J<SB>1</SB>are arranged close to the center O of the side frame 1 in the height direction of the vehicle, and the second connection parts J<SB>2</SB>are arranged to be separated from the center of the side frame 1 in the height direction of the vehicle in comparison with the first connection part J1.
