PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device for a bus capable of performing mild heating of low humidity in one system. SOLUTION: In a vehicle having a luggage compartment space 18 between front wheels and rear wheels, a heater unit 3 for feeding hot air into a cabin space 16 is provided between the cabin space 16 and the luggage compartment space 18, and the heater unit 3 comprises an inside air inlet 3a communicated with the cabin space 16 and an outside air inlet 3b communicated with the luggage compartment space 18. By forming the inside air inlet 3a and the outside air inlet 3b in the heater unit 3 for feeding hot air into the cabin space 16, and taking in the outside air of low humidity from the luggage compartment space 18 in a heating mode, the mild heating can be provided, in which hot air of low humidity can be supplied to a passenger seat in one system.
