PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat track slide device which can prevent a rattle of a linkage handle 18 and which can improve operability even when the play of the linkage handle 18 is made large and careless lock release at the time of vehicle collision or the like is prevented. SOLUTION: The seat track 4 arranged on both the right and left sides between a floor 2 and a seat 3 is provided with a lower rail 5, an upper rail 6, a plurality of lock holes, the linkage handle 18 provided on the upper rail 6 side, and a lock member 8 provided on the upper rail 6 side. The lock holes are provided on the lower rail 5 side in parallel with one another. Then the seat track 4 is provided with bearing parts 14, 15 and a torsion coil spring 17. The bearing parts 14, 15 support both arm parts 19 of the linkage handle 18 on both sides of the movement direction X of the upper rail 6, and the torsion coil spring 17 brings both of the arm parts 19 into pressure contact with both of the bearing parts 14, 15 in the lock position P of the linkage handle 18. Both of the arm parts 19 can be rotated against the energizing resultant of the torsion coil spring 17 so that both of the arm parts 19 come off one of the bearing parts 14, 15 while being brought into pressure contact with the other bearing parts 14, 15 of both the front and rear bearing parts 14, 15.
