PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an uncomfortable vibration sound or an operation sound by suppressing the vibration of a vibrating body from becoming too large without requiring an extra device such as sensors or the like. SOLUTION: The alarm device is equipped with the vibrating body 4 which is provided on a cushion material 3c of a seat 3 seated by an occupant, a detection means for detecting an external state of the moving body having an influence on the moving body, and a control means for vibrating the vibrating body 4 according to a detection signal by the detection means. When a parameter for expressing a load with respect to the vibrating body 4 is monitored and the parameter exceeds a predetermined threshold value, the output of the vibrating body 4 is limited. When it is detected whether or not the seat surface 3s of the seat 3 is inclined to the state exceeding the predetermined threshold value by the control means, and it is inclined to the state exceeding the predetermined threshold value, it is preferable to limit the output of the vibrating body 4 according to the inclination.
