PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil spring mounting structure for a suspension device capable of suitably setting an abutment position of a wound part of the coil spring when the coil spring is mounted to a vehicle body frame through a partially offset spring seat, suppressing dispersion of support rigidity of the right and left coil springs and enhancing traveling performance of a vehicle in the coil spring mounting structure for the suspension device. SOLUTION: The abutment positions relative to the spring seat uppers 12, 12 are set such that they become approximately symmetric at the right and left coil springs 5, 5, and support rigidity of the right and left spring seat uppers 12, 12 becomes uniform.
