PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a mechanism for opening/closing a pouring port 14P at feeding of an oil and a mechanism for adjusting an internal pressure of a fuel tank by a simple constitution in an opening/closing device 10 for a tank. SOLUTION: The opening/closing device 10 for the tank is provided with an opening/closing member 32 for opening/closing an opening 16g; a shutter mechanism 30 for opening/closing the opening/closing member 32 in a direction crossing to a fuel passage 11P; a gasket GS1 retained on an opening peripheral edge of the pouring port 14P; and a valve element contacted/left relative to the gasket GS1. The valve element is provided with a valve opening/closing mechanism 50 for opening/closing the pouring port 14P and adjusting the internal pressure of the fuel tank; and a cooperation mechanism 80 cooperated so as to selectively move the valve opening/closing mechanism 50 to a closure position and an oil-feeding position interlocked with opening/closing of the shutter mechanism 30. By opening/closing the shutter mechanism 30, the valve opening/closing mechanism 50 is selectively moved to the closure position and the oil-feeding position. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
