摘要 <p>An accumulator has a configuration as follows. A DC current-inhibiting capacitor (11) and a resistor (13) are connected in series to both ends of an accumulation unit (1). An ON/OFF circuit (17) is connected in parallel to the resistor (13). A voltage peak hold circuit (19) is connected in parallel to the ON/OFF circuit (17). Furthermore, a current detecting unit (15) is connected in series to the accumulation unit (1). A current peak hold circuit (16) is connected to the output of the current detecting unit (15). When the current flowing from the positive electrode to the negative electrode of the accumulation unit (1) is assumed to be positive, control is performed to turn ON the ON/OFF circuit (17) if the current is negative and to turn OFF the ON/OFF circuit (17) if the current is positive. The peak hold voltage value of the voltage peak hold circuit (19) thus obtained and the peak hold current value of the current peak hold circuit (16) are used to obtain an internal resistance value of the accumulation unit (1), thereby making a degradation judgment.</p>
