An internet download system is provided to enable a user to use files by receiving the files from a middle server after downloading the files into the middle server, and to transmit the files which are searched in the internet to another user by an e-mail through the middle server, without downloading the files into own terminal device. A file server(10) is connected with the internet to supply files. A terminal device(20) receives files by connecting with the file server. A middle server(30) is connected with the internet, stores the files by downloading from the file server, and transmits the stored files to the terminal device according to a request of the terminal device. A connection module designates the middle server as a destination address of the files stored in the file server, to store the files in the middle server according to a request of a user, and is installed at the terminal device. The files provided from the file server are downloaded into the middle server, and transmitted to another user.
