<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably suppress a rush current without using a special-specification serial transformer etc. in a distributed power supply. <P>SOLUTION: When an induction power generator 9 is interlocked with a power system 1, a value obtained by multiplying a gain "-1.0" from a gain constituent 11 by a variable gain "1.0" from a variable gain constituent 12 is inputted into a serial inverter 6, thereby generating a voltage of a phase opposite to that of the power system 1 via a serial transformer 7 for a power system voltage detected by a voltage detector 10. In this way, a voltage to be applied to the induction power generator 9 becomes substantially zero, and a breaker 8 is powered on in this state, and then, the generator 9 is interlocked with the power system. After that, the value is gradually decreased from the variable gain "1.0" to "0" and the voltage to be applied to the induction power generator 9 is increased, and the induction power generator 9 is activated when the voltage of the serial inverter 6 is substantially zero. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
