<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy and proper change of a screen layout of an operation panel for improving usability. <P>SOLUTION: A management server 100 managing apparatuses 10 is provided with a storage part 100 storing screen element data constituting operation screens of a plurality of apparatuses 10, a receiving part 112 receiving screen layout data about screen element data constituting the operation screens and setting data of the apparatuses from the apparatuses 10, and an apparatus screen drawing part 106 generating the operation screens from the screen element data based on the received screen layout data and setting data and drawing the operation screens in a Web UI 104.
